Not getting Nest doorbell notifications on Apple Watch

I have a new iPhone 16 pro max and a new apple watch ultra 2, both with latest updates.  I get notifications from Nest (I have home app too) on my phone but not my watch.  I get notifications from all the other apps on watch with no problem.

I tried deleting and reloading the nest app from the app store.  I have all notifications on as far as I can tell.  Any help would be appreciated.  Spent an hour on the phone with support and they can't figure out either.
