Not seeing 2 of 4 cameras in the google home

We have 3 outdoor cams and 1 gen2 battery doorbell, after setup only 2 of the 4 cams are showing vedio in the google home app. All 4 show the vedio in the ADT app but NOT in google home. This is so frustrating. How can I fix this?

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with the Nest cameras. Let’s check it out.

A few questions: what are the models of cameras that don’t show video in the Google Home app? Are all devices added to the same structure? Can you see all four cameras on https://goo.gle/2UZL8VI? Also, have you tried restarting the cameras?

Please try the steps below to check if you have more than one home in the Google Home app:

1. Open the Google Home app .
2. Tap Favorites tap the name of the current home.
3. Select a new home from the drop-down. If the drop-down icon doesn’t appear, it means you only have one home in the Home app.

Can you see all four cameras on https://goo.gle/2UZL8VI? - Now magically all 4 appear 🙂 . thanks for fixing it. Is there a way to hear the doorbell ring on the google home speaker ?

Hi Sheicatz,

That’s awesome! I’m glad to hear that you can now see all four cameras in the Google Home app.

You can turn on visitor announcements so that the Google Home speaker can announce when someone rings your Google Nest doorbell.
