Notifications / events no longer work!

It doesnt allow me to pick Nest Doorbell (wired) GEN 1

Anyways, Ive had it for 5 years worked great - but recently stopped giving me notifcations and events!

I still have the live feed and I still get doorbell notifications...but no longer do I get motion or peolpe or packages.

Ive beed on the phone with 3 diifernt google nest support staff...they are all USELESS.....I lost 3 hours of my life!

Not sure if anyone has the same issues??

If not, I will just buy a new one....

To help me find the best solution, I'll need to ask you a few questions:

  • Could you provide us with a case number from your previous interactions with support? This would help me verify the troubleshooting steps you followed and not repeat them.
  • Is the Nest app updated?
  • Is your phone updated to the latest software version available?
