Notifications out of zone

Hi, I have zones set up for my two nest cams with notifications for people inside those zones. All other notifications are off. I keep getting notifications for the zones saying there are people inside them, but when I look at the video, the people are well outside the zones. Can you please help? I saw other similar posts, but no resolution. Thank you.

Hi bdm6000,  I see on this forum that a number of people are having this same issue.  So far Google has not responded to this problem.   Very frustrating.    Since this is a user forum the folks at Google done respond. Your best bet is too open a support ticket with the Google techs via chat.  Here is the link.
