Yesterday I purchased the Google Doorbell and was convinced this product was great however I was disappointed to find out that the QR code does not work at all. I have scanned it through my wifi and an error message 'QR code doesn't contain any info' also tried it with the QR scanner and all these random numbers come up. I tried to manually enter the code in the home app and it doesn't do anything. Can someone please help?

Sorry to hear you're having an issue setting up your Nest Hello. Let's see what's going on. What phone are you using to set it up? Have you tried force closing the Google Home app, then restart your phone? If that doesn't work, try reinstalling the app to see if that helps. Keep us posted.
