Offer a buyback program - Google Home is bad

I want out. You all made a huge mistake moving the Nest app over to Google Home. Nest worked perfectly before Google acquired the company. The Google Home app is the worst app on the market, and it impacts the performance of all nest products. Offer customers a buyback program so we can get rid of the horrible products tied to the Home app.

The new Nest Cameras and Nest Doorbells are exclusive to the Google Home app because we wanted to create an integrated experience with your speakers and displays. A Nest Aware subscription applies to all of your cameras, speakers, and displays in the same home structure. I'd suggest you send yours with our Send Feedback form to let the Google Engineering team know about your concern. While they won't respond directly back to you, this is the best way to let them know about this.

Agreed! I had to replace a nest product recently, only to discover it won't work in the nest app so I migrated all my cameras to the home app and discovered it sucks! Sadly, after years of being a happy nest customer, I must look somewhere else as I find the home app almost unuseable.
