My doorbell went offline this yesterday, I know it had plenty of charge left. When I unmounted it and plugged it in to the charger, the app declared "Device offline due to a battery issue". When I push the button it says it has 40% left.
I tried to factory reset with the pin in the back and reconnect to the doorbell as a new device again, but it keeps saying “something went wrong” after scanning the qr code.
Is this just too far gone now?

Are you charging your Nest Doorbell (battery) with the supplied charger?
