I’m having issues with my nest hello. I’ve had it for 4 yrs and it’s worked great. Now its constantly offline and then comes back online for a period of time only to turn off again. I removed the camera from the app and reset it. Worked for a little while and then started giving me the same issues again. Any fix for this?? Thank you!

I have the same problems. Unplugging and restarting the camera sometimes helps for a short while. But especially in colder weather it’s hopeless. It’s more turned off than on and we cannot rely on it anymore.

Hey folks.
It sounds like your device may be either having connectivity issues regarding your wifi, or it is possible that it is malfunctioning as well depending on it's age. I would suggest that you reach out to Support for further assistance.
