Offline Issues

I’m curious if anyone else have issues with doorbell & outdoor cameras going offline every so often & FOR A WHOLE DAY??

Any suggestions if so?

 

Im highly regretting this expensive faulty system

  • Are the devices Google Nest products or from a different brand? If they are Nest devices, could you confirm the specific models? You can use this article for reference: Technical specs for Google Nest cameras and doorbells.
  • When did the issue start?
  • How far are the doorbell and camera from the router?
  • Are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the camera and doorbell?
  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps so far?
  • What Wi-Fi frequency band do you try to connect to (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz)?
  • Have there been any changes to the router settings or network connection?
