Offline - both battery and wired nest cam

I have both wired and battery Nestcams - 3 wired and 3 battery. 1 of the battery and 1 if the wired have for some time now displayed a status of off-line and I have followed all trouble shooting guides provided. very frustrating as I continue to receives the oops something went wrong message for the battery camera and nothing for the wired - have turned off my modem multiple times and reset both cameras to no avail.

If there is any advice fro others out there that may assist would really appreciate the input as starting to feel these cameras are a waste of money given the number of issues that I have encountered since installing last year.

Have you tried swapping locations between the cameras that are working and the ones that are offline, just to make sure that they aren't offline due to a weak Wi-Fi signal at their locations?

If that doesn't work, perhaps you should contact Support (https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp) about getting the two cameras replaced.

TonyL, I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. How far are your cameras from your Wi-Fi router? Did you make any changes to your Wi-Fi network? Also, are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the camera?
