Hi everyone, my outdoor camera suddenly showed a purple cast over the full screen during the day. Night time, the night vision works fine. I have unplugged, turned off numerous times to no avail. The camera is under an eve and the weather hasn’t been hot or cold. I can’t add a screen shot here but I’m sure I’m not the first to experience this.
Thanks for any suggestions.

Hey there,
Sorry for the late response, but I wanted to drop in here to help.
I understand that it can be confusing if your camera view is not clear and I definitely wanted to stop by and see how I could help.
Just wanted to double check to see if you were still needing help on this? If so, what troubleshooting steps have you tried?
Please let me know.
Best regards,
Garrett DS

Thank you Garrett, I have tried unplugging multiple times, turning it off for prolong periods, played with night vision (on/off). I have avoided a factory reset as it's a pain to access to rescan. Thanks for any advice you might have.

Hey there davidford,
I appreciate you letting me know what steps you have taken to get this fixed and am happy to look further into this.
I understand you're wanting to avoid the factory reset, and typically we want to as well, but sometimes it is the fix for weird situations. However, I was able to find an article that may be able to help you with the issue that you're experiencing. Please try the troubleshooting steps in that article to see if that will work.
Please let me know if you're still having issues.
Best regards,
Garrett DS
