Login Issues Still Present A Year After Migration to Google

Hi,

My subscription recently lapsed as I was away and didn't see the renewal email reminder that my card couldn't be charged as it had been replaced.  Fast forward to the email I received last night saying my subscription has been canceled.  Now I try and log in to my nest account and still face the endless loop of clicking on "Sign in with Google" and then the next page clicking on the email address associated with my account.  Only to be brought to the screen where it gives the option to sign in with google or with Nest again.  This issue was present a year ago when google deleted the nest account information on nest.com and "migrated" things to google.  What is going on?  Why would I pay if you cannot allow people to login in on a computer and access their account?  The Home/Away assist is still messed up on my phone as well...

Yes.  It is an endless loop of "Sign in with Google" when I try to login. I can log in to this forum but not into my nest account with my google credentials.  What am I supposed to trouble shoot?  I didn't create your website.

Why can't I subscribe via the app?
