Outdoor camera not recording only taking pictures

When I go back into my history, the notifications are only photos. I cannot review a video.

If you do NOT have a Nest Aware or Nest Aware Plus subscription, then, for the 1st gen Google Nest Outdoor Camera, you only get still snapshots of events within the most recent 3 hours:

Before we get started with further troubleshooting, let me ask you some important questions:

 

What type of Nest camera do you have? (wired or battery? 2nd Gen?)

When did the inconvenience start?

Has your camera shown your videos in your camera’s history before?

Are you signed into the Nest app or Google Home app?

Is it a Google account the one you use to sign?

What type of Nest Aware subscription do you have?

Is the subscription attached to the correct home structure and Google account?

Is all of your history missing or just certain portions?

Can you check the camera’s live feed?
