Almost a week after installing my camera with floodlight, now when I go to Settings, I get the message 'requested entity not found'. I have tried all troubleshooting steps with chat specialist and nothing has worked. He suggested I wait until the next day to see if it resolves. It has not resolved. In my opinion, this is a backend issue.

I only have one outstanding issue. As a result of the factory reset and re-installation of my camera/floodlight, I can't delete the old camera in the home app.
