I found this thread but there were no replies and the thread was locked, neither of the users recieved an answer. After my router was replaced, I removed and tried to reinstall my 2 outdoor cams and I'm just getting "Something went wrong" error. I've done everything as suggested and nothing works! HELP!

Since there's there's NO help here, I wanted to share the fix. I had Geek Squad come out and all that needed to be done is a hard reset on the camera prior to adding the camera back to Google home. Just use a paperclip and push it in to hole that is located on the back of the camera itself until you hear the audible that tells you it has been reset then add the device. Hope those this helps!

I am also having the same issue on ALL of my equipment - cameras, door bells, after changing internet providers!
