Lost contact not responding to reset scan or code enter does not add

I have same issue. Says update wi-fi, but it is as if power is off. Have checked connections and checked voltage of transformer and all good. Wi-fi is good in house and at location doorbell is located. Its as if they turned them off to make you subscribe.
