Hi Folks, Love the product, hate the product.. lol.. I'm not giving up... My issue today is about hearing audio of my recorded events? Yes, on my win11 pc, using browser access to "home.nest.com" and "home.google.com". No output audio from my pc speakers when playing recorded events. I can hear this audio when using the mobile app, but not the pc based browser access. Is this a win audio settings issue? Or this just wont work on browser, and I must use a mobile device? ty for help!!!!

Hi folks, an update and recc closure, did more troubleshooting, tried to run local windows audio troubleshooter, it failed, it tried to reload driver, it failed. I went back to settings/system audio tried "test" and it failed for me (could not hear anything. My default output sound device was set to sony avamp. This same tool offered driver update, I said yes and it reported an active update pending restart, I restarted and then noticed that my default audio output device switched to "Realtek audio". This option/setting was not present earlier. I went back to home.nest.com and can now hear audio on recorded events and in live view. Some faith restored! I have seen this artifact before when windows updates are pending, some things stop working.... ty for looking.... Please close this thread.
