Hi,
we have two test cams outside and one inside and before going to google worked fine since moving over to google the playback part does not work we can watch live but can not see anything in the past.
we have resubscribed but it still does not work! This is a lot of money for this not to have worked and it hasn’t worked for some time and we cannot see to get a reason for why it doesn’t work?

If you have the older Google Nest cameras (not the ones released starting in the fall of 2021), you can view their live view in the Google Home app, but history from your Nest Aware subscription is viewable in the Google Nest app or on the home.nest.com website.
