Hi everyone,
I hope this is a quick fix. The doorbell works fine from a camera and notices all pop up on the phone. However, if my phone or tablet is across the room, I would like to hear something that sounds like a doorbell. Maybe someone can tell me the step(s) I need to take to remedy this so my house guests aren't standing in the rain outside my door while I'm wondering what's taking them so long. Lol
I suppose I could call Nest Aware but thought it might be time better spent by asking the community.
Thank you, Scott

Google Nest only sends standard notifications to our phones when a Google Nest doorbell is rung.
However, you can have "Visitor announcements" (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7672451) sent to your Nest Hubs, Nest Minis, and Nest speakers whenever your doorbell is rung.

Hi everyone,
@ScottinMASS, thanks for posting here in the community. We appreciate your interest however, we don't have any news to share about applying this feature to the Nest app or Google Home app. We're always looking for ways to improve and we'll take it as feedback. I'd suggest you send feedback about your concern using this form to let the Google Engineering team know about your concern. While they won't respond directly back to you, this is the best way to let them know about this. Please let me know if you have other questions or concerns as I will be locking this after 24 hours. Feel free to start a new thread and we'll be happy to help.
I appreciate the help, MplsCustomer.
Regards,
Emerson
