Had issues mounting the doorbell to the wedge. After much struggle, the 'button' that was suppose to click to the mount broke. Tried to get help with google support but there's no way i can reach one. Just read some old post in the community and realise that many people had issue with mounting the doorbell to the wedge. My doorbell is new and we haven't even use it and now it's not usable because the doorbell won't work if you don't mount it. Does anyone know if this can be repaired or if there's anything i can do about it.

Or you can hope that a Google Nest Community Specialist reads this and posts a "form" for you to fit out (and hope that leads to a resolution).
