Promo code not accepted for drop cam replacement.

Does anyone know how to get the free camera from the dropcam replacement program. I have talked to 6 different people at google and they give me directions and promo codes to use and none of them work!…I have sent over 15 emails and spent over 75 mins on the phone and chat and nothing works!!…Anyone had any luck with getting the free camera they offer in exchange for the dropcam??Thanks

Hi Lance,

I have tried to get help via tech support chat, tech support phone calls, and this forum and am getting no responses other than "You will hear from somebody soon". I have received one free Nest Cam as a replacement for one of my Drop Cams, but I can't find a way to get the second one promised. I've twice filled out the form requested by tech support in this forum. Can you be more specific about when I and the others with the same problem will get help so I don't have to keep bugging you about this?
