How can I order a replacement Puck for my doorbell?
Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately, Google Nest does NOT sell replacement parts, unlike its competitors. However, you can sometimes get replacements from Support (starting with this link: https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp) if your doorbell is within the 1-year warranty.

The only and best option seems to be to leave the Google ecosphere and go with a company that provides support for its products. Google has not option to replace parts. Ring sells the replacement for this exact scenario for $2.99. The only option for replacement chime connector is to buy one off of ebay for over $49.
Google does this with almost all of their products. MotoActv? No support. Motorola phones, good luck when they obsolesce the current model for a feature nobody wanted. Picassa, Google Play Music, Plus, on and on and on with products they get people to rely on and yank support for.
I wouldn't be surprised if they had 2 billion of these Nest doorbells made and said stop production, we have enough for the rest of time and throw away the plans as we won't be supporting it any longer.
