I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE FRUSTRATED TRYING TO REACH A LIVE PERSON TO ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT MY NEST ACCOUNT. I GET THROWN INTO A LOOP WHERE YOU ARE ASKING THE SAME QUESTIONS AND DO NOT PROVIDE ACCESS TO CONTACTING A LIVE PERSON. I CAN'T EVEN GET SOMEONE ON A CHAT, IT APPEARS YOU JUST MAKE THIS CONFUSING TO TRYING AND GET PEOPLE TO GIVE UP, OR LEAVE YOU ALONE. PLEASE REPLY OR CALL ME. THANK YOU. JIM DEBRICK

When we've used the following steps, we have been able to get a live support person on the phone:
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.

I’m in the same situation. They have been charging me twice a month for one account over the last year. I have been disputing the charge every month with my bank. It’s frustrating how the help center puts you in a loop. It’s a billing issue that needs to be rectified and they are obviously deflecting on purpose. How much money have they fraudulently acquired from customers. I smell a class action lawsuit. Until then cancel all your cards associated with them and file a dispute with your bank. Take the device and sell it on eBay. Use another company and make sure they have a real customer support center. Ring is what I went to. Good luck!
