Thank you for your message. Have already tried everything you suggested. Yesterday had a tel convo with the tech dept of my provider of broadband/wi-fi. They remotely connected into my router, checked it, tweeted it and we retried everything together still with no joy:-(
We were both at a total lose. They said to contact yourselves. You have beaten me to it

Hi folks,
@Notverytech thanks for reaching out. To know more about this, I'd like to know more about this issue: what is the light status on your Nest camera? How far is it from your Wifi router? What are the troubleshooting steps you've done to your Nest camera?
Give these steps a whirl:
Let us know how it goes.
@Cy22 just wanted to be sure, did you remove the battery of your Nest camera?

Emerson
