Re: Low battery and floodlight button disappeared

I bought 2 nest cameras with floodlights in 2022. In 2023 the camera started having depleted or low battery and it continued having this issue up to today.

Now this year after having technical support my flood light disappeared. I didn't have this problem until I troubleshooter with the technical support rep at Google.

I s/w 2 supervisors. The supervisor Gwen said that even though I was out of warranty she would try and get my 2 cameras replaced at no charge. I got a email shortly that the engineering team declined replacing it.

 

I call and s/w another supervisor name Flavo hr said there is nothing else I could do and to go but a new camera then he hung up in my face.

 

Very unprofessional and lack of concern is what I gathered from Google nest support.

 

I have come to learn through Google community, blogs, and reviews that this is a common problem with Google nest devices.

 

And all the help I got was rudeness and told to.purchase new equipment when I purchase these 2 cameras for nearly $500 and a year later started malfunctioning.
