Hi All,
This is from an IT numpty so bear with me, I lost the use of our outside camera whether it was change of router or change of mobile phone, who knows !
When re-installing (re-setting) your camera, I found after 3 days of attempting to do it, it's best to power off your camera, switch off your router, ( both for say 2 mins), power up the camera first, then router also have your wireless password to hand and when trying to connect the camera to your phone, HAVE THE PHONE WITHIN A COUPLE OF INCHES CLOSE TO THE CAMERA, IT DOESN'T WORK OTHERWISE. And of course nobody tells you this. Good luck to whoever needs to re-set their Outside camera.
