Really disappointed, can’t view clips, live videos, etc

We are building a home out in the country. We have been fighting with finding a camera to record and capture the build, as well as security. We have tried blink, GoPro and now Google nest. None of them have worked well. And we’ve missed so much of what we wanted documented. 

The nest automatically deleted the forage we had forcing us to pay subscription. Ok fine. But wouldve liked a warning before LOSING footage that was there. 
Now that we have subscription I cannot watch the clips or live. The clips show something is there, but when I try to play it tells me check back later. 
For the money, plus the subscription I would expect it to work better.

  • What specific type of Nest cameras do you have?
  • If you have more than one device, is this issue happening with all of your cameras, or just certain ones?
  • What type of Nest subscription do you currently have?

Yeah that happened to me as well when I was a day late paying the monthly bill. So I just had to put it on auto pay
