I need to reconnect my outdoor Nest camera to wifi however I need the QR code on the back or the 6 digit verification code. My problem is that camera is mounted 16 off the ground and I’m too old to climb a ladder up there. I have the original packaging but there is no QR code on it and no verification code, only a serial number and a bar code. Is it possible to reconnect using the serial number? Thank you
Unfortunately not. There's a setup code on the back too but you'd still need to get up there. I finally took pictures of all the backs after the 3rd time I had to reconnect
