Reconnection of Nest Doorbell after installing new modem

In Sept 2023, Miklassy posted an issue almost identical to what I'm experiencing.  I tried all of the suggested fixes that were offered and nothing has worked.  I note that during the set up where I've scanned the QR code, it instructs me to plug in the device.  I hear the chime and see the white light go on, but I never see the camera pulsing blue.  I've done the factory reset several times but was not successful in getting the pulsing blue light.  HELP!!!

Sometimes it seems customers use the "Restart" instructions (pressing and holding the reset pin for 5 seconds) instead of the "Factory reset" instructions (pressing and holding the reset pin for 12 seconds--or more).

Thank you @MplsCustomer   I thought I was doing the factory reset properly but I guess not. All working good now!
