Recordings before someone crosses the plane of loacted event.

Why does the camera record people that never cross the designated event area I predefined? I have it set up when it catches the front door just before the fence and people walking on the sidewalk not even close enough trigger it, it drains the battery in a week!. I tried all setups but this things just keeps recording. Possible way to town down the sensitivity?

• Disable notifications: As you've already set up an Activity Zone, let's ensure that general notifications aren't interfering. Refer to this article: Home app notifications.
• Camera Positioning: Experiment with different camera angles to minimize unnecessary triggers. Try positioning the Nest camera to focus on the area of interest while avoiding areas that might cause false alerts.
