Reinstall doorbell on door

I needed to charge my nest camera, and when I tried to put it back on, it seems much looser than when I took it off. How do I secure it back to the door?

Other customers in this forum have reported problems with the mounting mechanism on the battery doorbell, and a few have reported carefully using a little WD-40 to loosen the mechanism to get it to work properly.
