Please help.
I have 2 Nest Cameras and a Doorbell that I'd like to remove so I do not get billed any longer.
Neither item appears on my subscription but I'm still being charged.
How can I contact customer support for help?

Your post does not indicate whether you have an older, 1st gen Nest Aware subscription, which is priced per camera, or a newer 2nd gen Nest Aware or Nest Aware Plus subscription (available since 2019).
You can access 1st gen Nest Aware subscriptions here (unless you have migrated from a Nest Account to a Google Account). (We can't access it because we migrated in 2020.)
https://store.nest.com/account/subscriptions
You can access 2nd gen Nest Aware and Nest Aware Plus subscriptions here:
https://store.google.com/subscriptions
If you can't cancel your subscription(s) there, you could try the "Contact us" link under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription." When you get to the "Resources" page, do NOT select any of the suggested Help topics; just select "Next step" to get to the contact options page.

Then you have probably migrated your Nest Account to a Google Account.
As best as I can tell (I'm just another customer), once you migrate your Nest Account to a Google Account, it seems you lose online access any 1st gen Nest Aware subscriptions that may still be active. This seems to be a serious hole in Google Nest's system that causes real problems for customers.
You could try the "Contact us" link I suggested above to see if Support can help you. You might have to be persistent. Google Nest Support--according to some posts in this forum--seems to find it hard to look up or cancel 1st gen Nest Aware subscriptions,
By the way, note that having active cameras or doorbells does not trigger any billing. The existence of a Nest Aware subscription triggers billing.
