Google Nest wired cam will not connect to Router

Google Diagnosed my Nest Cam not connecting to my new wifi 6 TP link Dual band Router over several hours on the social media chat and then gave me a case nuber to email too . I got an email saying it was Faulty and have sent a new one out which if not faulty I have to pay $169.00 for . I did not diagnose it as faulty and they opted to replace based on the testing They made me do.

The New camera also will not connect to the new Router , it is the only device ( both the 6 month old one and new replacement ) that is not connecting, 3 google homes do , smart plugs , televisions etc all work

Hmmmmm, you might try turning OFF the IPV6 on the TP link just to see if that fixes the problem.  Other than that i'm out of ideas.

Thanks I will try anything now , I have emailed back and forward to Google Tech team over 5 days and about 20 messages and they have no idea , I have gone into retail stores and asked the sales people if they know how to fix it but just recommended buying a eufy camera instead , apparently works with google .

There is a lot to like about the EUFY cameras.  I have one of the low end ones just for testing.   However the big negative for me is from your computer browser you can ONLY look at the live images.  You can NOT view recorded events.   So far that reason I'm staying with Nest for now.
