Removing Google Nest Video Doorbell

Have a Google Video doorbell through ADT.  My doorbell was installed where my existing doorbell located on the side wall of our porch.   With the 30 degree.  Angle I  can't see all the area I need to see.  I purchased a 30 degree angle and want to install.  My problem is using the removal key provided.  I called ADT and they want to charge me $150.00 service charge.  Any ideas on how to remove the doorbell?

You insert the removal tool at the TOP of the doorbell.  Go to 3:35 in the first video (link below) on this Google Nest Help page to see how they do it.  You can also use a small flathead screwdriver.   The rest of the video should help with installing the angle.   If yours is wired, see the second video.  (We have the older Nest Hello doorbell, but this should help.)

If by chance you have the Nest Hello doorbell, the removal tool is inserted in the BOTTOM of the doorbell; see 6:25 in this video:
