Renew my subscription no zip code

I need to renew my subscription. Tells me to click link to a nest renew website which is a headache. Then try to set up and it asks for a zip code, which living in the UK I don’t have!!

Are you trying to renew a "Nest Renew" energy usage subscription? I think that might be in the U.S. only.

Or are you trying to renew a "Nest Aware" or "Nest Aware Plus" subscription for camera video history?
