Replaced router and can't get 2nd gen cameras or doorbell to reconnect

Recently lost our router to a storm.  Verizon sent one out to replace it.  I got my nest system (2 outdoor cameras and a doorbell) less than a year ago.  I've tried resetting them and connecting them and now the cameras won't even light up.  Is there a way to have them replaced with the warranty or can you help me trouble shoot how to reset them and connect them to my new router.

I believe you need to open a support ticket and speak with an actually Google Tech person.   Here is the link to get you doing.  Once you answer the questions you will be able to speak with someone.  Get ready for an hour phone call as they will probably want to do some basic trouble shooting.
