Replacement Metal Mounting Bracked and wedge for google nest battery 2nd gen

Hi There,

We just had out front door replaced and unfortunately the company that replaced the door did not remove the metal mounting plate or the plastic wedge for my google doorbell battery 2nd generation that I purchased in January 2023. I have looked everywhere for it online but can't find one. Can anyone steer me in the right direction as the doorbell doesn't work without it.

Unfortunately, Google Nest does not sell spare parts for its cameras and doorbells.

You could try contacting Support to see if they'll provide the parts under warranty:

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
