Replacement nest doorbell chime connector

Becksemerson

I’m needing a replacement chime connector for my first gen wired doorbell. Our contractor accidentally threw it away and it renders our doorbells useless. They’re not even being sold on eBay anymore. I tried filling out a form yesterday, but didn’t get any confirmation email or anything so I don’t even know if it worked. Anyone have any tips for getting a new chime connector?

Hey there,

I can imagine this has been stressful for you, and I would like to look into this further. Please fill out this form, and a higher tier of support will reach out to you with next steps.

As a side note; we unfortunately do not offer replacements for parts. If your device is no longer under warranty, we aren't able to offer a replacement.

Best regards,
Brad

Filled out the form twice with no response.
I ended up having to buy a whole new doorbell because the electrician hooked it up without the connector and it bricked the doorbell

I am sorry to hear support never reached out. That is very strange, but if you have replaced the device yourself, we'll make this thread complete and close it in 24 hours.

Best regards,

Brad
