I have been trying for 5 days to return a defective doorbell to Google and I need to get a label and a waybill no. for DHL. Despite sending several emails, the standard response is that I should receive an email within 20 minutes. No email arrives and it is not in my junk. In the meantime, my credit card has a hold placed on it and I am being reminded that if I don't return the item within a specified time (closing soon), that I will have to pay in full for the replacement. Why is it so hard to get the information I need to return my item? It is exceptionally frustrating and not something that I would expect from a company such as Google.
