Setup doorbell

Hi everybody

I have several nest products incl. cameras and doorbell. 

I bougth another doorbell, and when I start the setup it keeps on saying "something went wrong when it tries to finish the setup. 

I tried the usual help guides by reseting the doorbell but nothing seems to work. my other product are working fine

I understand you've already tried troubleshooting the connection to the app during setup. To help me assist you better, please provide the following information:

 

How far have you gotten in the pairing process?
When and where did you purchase the Nest Doorbell?
Have you tried a factory reset or creating a new home structure?
Also, make sure it’s on the same Wi-Fi network as the selected network for the Nest device.
