Signed Up for Aware & Lost Recent Video History

I signed up for Aware today and lost all of my video history from earlier.  The kick in the teeth is that I needed that feed because it looked like someone took a package from my stoop!!!  How do I access video from before establishing an Aware subscription?!

Hi PViddy,

Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, Google Nest deletes recorded video history when the trial Nest Aware subscription expires:

"While you will still have access to any video clips or timelapses that you’ve saved, the rest of your recorded video history will be erased when the trial period ends."
