Substandard Service

Support on Nest products is substandard. Requested a call and my phone rings once then they hang up.  The request for help shows that they contacted me.  I did this three times.  Tried calling and was instructed to login to some websites to verify my account.  I just want to talk to someone.   If I can’t get any help the hole system will be put in the trash.  It’s installed in a house we just purchased.

It might depend on where the Support person is calling from. I had a case where the Support person's voice kept cutting off and she said she was having problems with her "network". The call was dropped 4 times and she never called back after that, so I had to log a new request for a callback; that one worked.
