Have had the doorbell for over 18 months and all of a quick responses don't broadcast. Also talk and listen sessions do not broadcast to the individual at the door BUT you can hear the response on the recorded clip. Have restarted and factory reset but still not working. Have tried 5 different phones and all the same issue.

Hi,
I have the nest doorbell battery version.
It definitely is a stable connection
The issue occured within the last month or so and is persistent.
I am using the google home app
I have just completed a factory reset and set it back up and still have the same issue. The recordings you can hear the audio, and through the smart speakers you can hear the doorbell pressed but there is never any sound from the doorbell itself.
It has never been dropped or damaged.
