Trouble Adding Nest Gen 2 Camera

Trying to add a Nest Gen 2 Camera and getting error “Something is wrong. We are having trouble loading data for your home.  “


then it goes no further. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you using the Google Home app which is required for the 2nd generation of cameras or the Nest app for the first generation of cameras?

 

Is your camera close to your router so that the wifi signal is adequate?

 

I am using the Google Home app and migrated my Nest account and yes the camera is surrounded by my home network. I did finally get it to work last night by adding another contact email. It must have been something with the ways the emails are tied to the Goggle account and to the Nest account. It apparently doesn’t like the fact that I have two emails, one on RR and one on Goggle.
