I had a nest cam working fine until I got a new wifi. I have tried everything. I've reset the camera, I've restarted everything. I start the process on google home app. It asks me to enter the 6 digit code. I do that. It continues saying "Connecting to joining device". That goes on for minutes, then I get: Something went wrong. Try again, if that doesn't work, try rebooting your device or turning on airplane mode on and off before trying again". I've done all those things, and I can't seem to connect. I've even downloaded the nest app and it walks me all the way through, then asks me to choose the last 4 digits of the serial number, but it never populates with a list or a place to enter. It's stuck. I've tried my 2.4 and 5 wifi networks, deleted and reloaded the google home app. nothing works. Please help if you can. Thank you

Hi Folks,
Thank you for reaching out to the community. I'm sorry that you're experiencing trouble connecting your Nest Camera with your new Wi-Fi. I understand how frustrating this can be. I really appreciate the effort to troubleshoot the situation. Let's work together to find a solution.
Before I begin, I need to ask a few questions for further assistance:
What type of device do you have?
How far have you gotten in pairing your device?
What’s the color of the LED status light?
How far is the device from the router?
Are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the device you want to pair?
Please keep me posted. I'll look forward to your response.
Regards,
Byron
