Trying to cancel Nest Aware account for weeks - "Migration in progress. Try again later"

I have been trying for weeks to cancel this before the renewal since the home where the camera was installed has been sold. There is nobody to call, email, chat with...

How on earth do I do this?

I want to cancel/terminate the subscription before the renewal (mid Jul) - but it has been impossible. It always says "Migration in progress. Please try again later"

What are my options? other than cancel the credit card...

  • Where did you originally purchase your Nest Aware subscription?
  • Where are you trying to cancel the subscription?
  • What type of Nest Aware subscription do you have?
  • Did you migrate your Nest account to a Google account?
