Trying to complete a factory reset

I have two nest camera which have stop working after attempting the factory reset to complete the new net work application. After initial reset no lights come on. Never got the blue light. What can I do

@Milog 

Since the Google Nest Outdoor Camera does not have a factory reset button, did you perform the factory reset by removing it from the Google Nest app while still on your old Wi-Fi?

Perhaps the solution described by @Lance_L  on this post would work in your situation, if you were not able to remove your camera and do a factory reset while still on your old Wi-Fi:
