Nest notifications not working on one of our iPhones

We've got a fair few nest devices, most of which are using the new Google Home app. The doorbell (Wired) is on the Nest app.

On all the google home devices, and my iPhone, notifications work great. On my wife's however, the notifications have stopped hitting in the last week or so.

Things I've tried:

  • iOS Notification settings: toggling off and on
  • Nest notification settings. Toggling all off and on.
  • Re-installing nest app
  • Logging nest app in as myself instead
  • Restarted camera (although I suspect its nothing to do with the camera itself - its working on my iPhone and all the Home devices).

None of which seem to work - I don't see a single nest notification. Mine is happily running notifying of detected persons and doorbell pushes. WiFi is fine.

Is there anything else worth trying? I can't see any more "user serviceable" knobs or buttons to try.

If there's pending software update on the iphone/ios, you could try doing that. Been having the same issue for about a week now on my android but installed pending updates and the notifications are now working well
