Trying to get assistance with being able to see both cameras of my ADT home on my cell phone

I am no longer at my home. I’m visiting somewhere else, but I would like to have access to my phone so I can see both in front of my house and then back of my house. I can only see the backyard right now and it’ll alert me when someone’s back there and that’s only on Google home not on ADT and that’s the assistance that I’m paying for with Google nest

  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps already?
  • Do you have a Nest Aware subscription?
