Turn on camera

My Nest camera is plugged in and fully charged however, the camera is turned off. When I go into my settings, where my other cameras have an on and off, on this camera, turn on is missing. I have done a factory reset and it still won't appear. Is there any other way to turn on the camera?

That is peculiar.

If you have the Google Nest Outdoor Camera installed in the Google Nest app (as indicated by your post), you could try deleting and reinstalling the Google Nest app on your phone.

If you actually have the Google Nest Indoor/Outdoor Battery Camera installed in the Google Home app, you could try deleting and reinstalling the Google Home app on your phone.
